"RNA in Cancer"
"RNA in Cancer"
RNA biology is rapidly transforming our understanding of cancer pathogenesis, diagnosis, and therapeutics.
The Giuliani RNA Center at Brown University, in collaboration with the Rappaport Cancer Research Center (RTICC) at the Technion-IIT, is establishing a research hub dedicated to exploring RNA in Cancer. We are building a bridge between Brown's expertise in RNA biology and the Technion's multidisciplinary cancer ecosystem at the RTICC. This initiative is designed to foster high-impact collaborative focused, yet broad in scope, research.
The initiative will include funding of scientific collaborations, joint Zoom events and alternating academic symposia.
Funding of International Collaborative Projects- "RNA in Cancer"
We proudly announce a joint call for proposals as part of the "RNA in Cancer" Initiative between the Giuliani RNA Center (GRC) at Brown University & the Rappaport Cancer Research Center (RTICC) at the Technion.
This multidisciplinary initiative aims to bring together RTICC and GRC members to foster a collaborative community dedicated to advancing RNA research and its regulation in cancer, from basic science to translational studies.
We encourage bold, high-risk/high-reward scientific ideas bridging different disciplines.
Submission Deadline: November 18th, 2026
